Tuesday Trends is a deep dive into sustainability of hot topic players around the NHL. Are players sustainable by the numbers in their production? Because there aren’t enough games or samples to choose from as the season is so young, today will be a primer to some of the advanced stats we will be using on Tuesday Trends. IPP, oiSH%, A2%, oZS%, S% and a bunch of other stats and rate stats that paint a picture of what to expect of a player. I've Added the link to the Tool I was referencing. It shows you a players last year stats vs their own avg, vs league/FWD and D averages in a number of stats.
